Verify power, network (Wi-Fi/Ethernet), and that required ports are open. Restart the device and router. If still offline, open a ticket with your device serial and last 4 digits of a recent transaction.
When will my deposits arrive?
Most deposits settle next business day for batches closed by cutoff. Holidays and holds can affect timing. Check the Deposits report in your dashboard for exact ETAs.
How do I respond to a chargeback?
Gather receipts, order details, shipment proof, and communications. Submit evidence before the stated deadline in your dashboard's Disputes section.
